Rakshabandan Dinner 2016

 

I thought for this year’s Rakshabandan dinner a Punjabi style Indian meal would be perfect.  I also wanted to try out a new recipe for a cocktail we had in Kenya called the Dawa cocktail.

Dinner:

Mushroom and Pepper Paneer Curry
Saag Sabzi
Daal Makhni
Raita – Meera
Quinoa Pilav – Uma
Paratha

Dessert:
Kheer

Chai
